Terms of Service
Last updated June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiteSketcher (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a sample template and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before publishing.
1. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to host unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content, products, and data you add to your store. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available and performant, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSketcher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, certain provisions survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
