Is there really a free plan?
Starter is a 30-day trial for trying SiteSketcher and launching a small shop. Upgrade before the trial ends to keep the company active.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Each company has its own plan, so upgrading one store does not affect another company on your account.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No SiteSketcher transaction fees on paid plans. You only pay your payment processor's standard rate.
How is POS billed?
POS is a paid addon at EGP 599 per active POS branch per month. It can be added to any paid company plan. If you run several branches or need a rollout plan, contact sales and we will help you choose the right setup.
How are paid plans activated?
Paid plan changes go through secure PayTabs checkout and activate only after the payment is verified server-to-server.
