Do I need any coding or design skills?
Not at all. SiteSketcher is fully no-code. You start from a professional template and edit everything visually — click on your store to change text, images, colors and layout. If you can use a word processor, you can build a store.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. On paid plans you can connect your own custom domain, and we automatically provision a free SSL certificate so your store is secure and professional from day one.
How many products can I add?
The free Starter plan supports up to 25 products. Growth supports up to 500, and Pro and Enterprise offer unlimited products with variants, categories and stock tracking.
Can I switch templates without losing my work?
Absolutely. Your products and content live independently of the template, so you can switch between templates like Atelier, Aurora, Pulse, Amore and Bistro anytime — your store updates instantly without losing data.
How do payments and orders work?
Customers check out securely on your storefront, and every order flows into your dashboard with clear statuses and a linked customer profile, so you can manage fulfilment in one place.
Does SiteSketcher charge transaction fees?
No SiteSketcher transaction fees on paid plans — you only pay your payment processor's standard rate. The free plan keeps you running while you get started.
Is my store good for SEO?
Yes. Storefronts ship lean, fast-loading markup with per-store metadata and clean URLs, which helps search engines crawl and rank your pages. Speed and structure are built in.
Can I invite my team?
On the Pro plan and above you can invite teammates and assign granular, permission-based roles, so you can delegate safely as your store grows.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. If you stop a paid plan, your store drops to the free Starter limits rather than being deleted — your content stays safe.
Can you help me migrate an existing store?
